The focus of vzw Chinta is recruitment and training of nurses outside the EU for Belgian healthcare organisations

For healthcare staff

Chinta takes care of your integration and family reunification

Upon receiving a favorable decision regarding the single permit visa, the spouse and children are eligible to apply for a family reunification visa at the Belgian embassy. This procedure may take up to nine months.

The spouse will be granted a residency Permit A allowing to work in Belgium. Children have access to free education until the compulsory schooling (up to the age of 18).

Reciprocity

A model for the economic migration of foreign-trained healthcare professionals involves partners committing to fill high-demand vacancies in healthcare, by actively recruiting from non-EU countries. In puirsuit of this goal, an ethical reciprocal model, via Chinta, is being developed for both the country of origin and and Flanders.

The key objectives of Chinta include: sharing expertise, implementing an active diversity policy and upholding the right to health.
